Terms & Conditions

Set out below is the business terms on which Flawless provides its service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments.

  • Any client under the age of 18 cannot be treated for IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or i-lipo.
  • For other treatments an adult must accompany any client under the age of 16.
  • No more than 2 people (therapist and client) can be in the treatment room at any one time for IPL or i-lipo.
  • A patch test is required for IPL 48 hours prior to commencing the first treatment and will be valid for a period for 3 months
  • There is a £25 charge for the patch test, which is redeemed against your first IPL treatment
  • All treatments must be paid for in full prior to treatment commencing only cheque or cash are preferred methods of payment.
  • All courses are to be paid for upon the first treatment and are Non-transferable and Non-refundable
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Failure to give the required notice you will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment price and require you to pay for all future treatments in advance.
  • We will always assess whether any treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the patch test, where applicable.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details
  • The client agrees to comply with all precautions and recommendations given to them on behalf of Intensity regarding aftercare. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Intensity’s liability for any personal injury resulting from negligence.
  • Intensity endeavors to treat all its clients appropriately and fairly. If, however you are unhappy with any matter in relation to your treatment or service you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
  • Please keep all your belongings with you at all times as we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items.
  • Gift vouchers sold are Non-refundable and have a 3 month expiry time.
